Tiny Harbor Town
★★★★☆ 4.2
Tiny Harbor Town is comfort food in game form. You start with a single pier and a couple of fishing boats, and over time you grow a bustling coastal town — markets, workshops, little festivals. There's no fail state, just a steady sense of things getting better because of your choices.
What keeps it from feeling mindless is the production chains. Raw fish become meals, meals attract visitors, visitors fund new buildings. Managing that loop while keeping residents happy is quietly engaging. The interface is tidy, with drag-to-place building and clear little icons for anything that needs attention.
It's the game I reach for when I want to wind down rather than be tested. Cosy, pretty, and easy to lose an evening to.
